Se necesita paciencia para cocinar la Pichaña a la perfección. Nosotros asamos los nuestros. Es más complicado que un tueste 'normal', pero merece totalmente la pena.
Las costillas tienen un montón de carne, perfecto para una cazuela de cocción lenta. Después de 5 o 6 horas la carne estaba súper tierna y se cayó del hueso. El sabor es increíble. Tenemos una pequeña crítica, las costillas no se suministran cortas - tuvimos que cortarlas en tercios antes de cocinar.
Having lived in Dublin for a while I was surprised to see it in the shop. Its a difficult meat to prepare well on the grill but it turned out perfectly fine. Meat was tender, slightly below medium and with some salt really came to taste different. I like it I would order it again as especially its different for Spain. Rather than the typical picanha and chuletones this is a nice addition for the bbq party.
I just ordered a meat box and the quality is outstanding. I’ve tried local butchers and other providers, but nothing comes close to this. Over the past year, I’ve tried a wide variety of their products and haven’t been disappointed once. Family favorites are the sausages, chicken popcorn, and ribeye steak.
